Well, you get a FREE spool of ribbon with every $40 purchase. The ribbon that you will receive is the new 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon in all 5 new In Colors. It's really supple, vibrant, and just great.
Choose from the following ribbons:

#126847 Midnight Muse 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon
#126844 Primrose Petals 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon

Convention Swaps
I received this swap from Beverly Stewart. At first I didn't think much of it, but when I saw the way it opened to reveal the whole flower, it made more of an impression on me. The following is the recipe Beverly included on the back of her swap ~
stamps: mixed bunch, my friend, up up and away (leaf)
paper: whisper white and various colors
ink: black craft, versamark and colors to match papers
accessories: markers, dimensionals, clear ep, color coach for matching a variety of colors
This swap's colors look like pretty in pink, certainly celery and marina mist.
Have a great Labor Day weekend! My son is in a basketball tournament and has 2 games this afternoon and another on Mon. Hopefully I can get in a little stamp time.

All Boy Thank Yous
I made some of these cards at my friend Cheryl's before Convention. I needed to make Thank you cards for my teenage son to give out after his birthday and wanted to borrow her Fast and Furious set. She just happened to be prepping for an upcoming class and had designed a b-day card version similar to this based on a card she had seen on DO's blog. So, being in a rush I just copied her idea and adapted it to a thank you card. It also came in handy to give my brother a week later.
