Happy Birthday Paul!

My brother's birthday is today.  He's a fisherman, so I have always wanted to make him a special card.  However, I don't own a fisherman set, so I had to think outside the box.  I remember seeing the fish image from By the Tide stamped on colored paper, so that was my inspiration.

SUPPLIES:
sets- sassy salutations, by the tide
cs- bermuda bay, white, calypso coral, crushed curry, garden green
ink- bermuda bay, garden green
access- bs and fancy fan TIEF, linen thread, 1/16" hole punch, paper snips, dimensionals

Endless Wishes Class

It was a small group last night but we had a great time.  We had a delicious potluck, which gave us more energy to stamp!  Everyone got their own EW set (now unavailable.  It was so popular that it sold out twice!), rhinestones, snail refill, and pkg of notecards and envelopes.  We had room to spread out and everyone went to town!

I love Mary's simple use of Washi tape.  Did you know you can tear it?  It's really simple and fun to use.  It's also repositionable.

I just love those glimmery snowflakes on the neutral dsp.  Isn't the gate-fold opening fun?

Tami's Card

Tami's Card open
This is a card I received from my upline, Tami Waddel, that inspired the following cards for my Nov. club.   I had to do something different, because I didn't have the adorable sets she has from the Holiday catalog.  Plus, I wanted to make a Thanksgiving and Christmas card using the same technique, so my club members could master it.
