Give Thanks for SUO CAS Challenge #104

CAS Thank You Card
I love the look of Clean And Simple (CAS) cards so when Stampin' Up Only (SUO) had their CAS Challenge I just knew I had to participate!  I've decided this will also be one of the cards we make in an upcoming class.

SUPPLIES:
sets - greeting from Hip Hip Hooray for Cards kit, Petite Petals
cs - Notes and Envelopes, rose red, blushing bride, calypso coral, wild wasabi
ink - baked brown sugar, rose red, blushing bride, calypso coral
access - petite petals punch,  itty bitty accents punch pack, bird builder punch, burlap ribbon, pearls, mini glue dots, green glue
