September Club, Sponged Tile Technique

Gladys Landon's Card
Glady's card won first place when I went to our Stampy Wacker's Shoebox swap in August.  My customers loved it and wanted to learn what I am calling the "sponged tile" technique.  So we made the card at my September club.

SUPPLIES:
sets- stippled blossoms, four you
cs- very vanilla, crisp cantaloupe
ink - pear pizzazz pad, crisp cantaloupe pad
access- big shot, finishing touches framelits & perfect polka dots TIEF, sponge, rhinestones, dimensionals, postage stamp punch (used inside)

6 x 6" Square DSP
Envelope holds a 3" x 4" card
We practiced the sponged background technique on a 8-1/8" square of grid paper (on the blank side) and then practiced using the new envelope punch board to create an envelope for an A-2 size card.  Then we used a 6x6" piece of retired DSP to create an envelope for a 3x4" card.

Happy Stamping!  Mary
